Spend and Awe: Republican Political 'Strategery' at Work

Can you believe how much money George W. Bush has promised or delivered on everything from fighting AIDS in Africa (on which he didn't deliver) to sending personalized bombs to Al Quaeda?  We think his strategy is to mystify and confuse the American public by the sheer weight and proportion of all his spending plans so that we can't question how we have any money left to spend on  non-essential little things like education, Social Security, and healthcare!
